The CA168-M operates with a plug-in module for data collection and communications . This modular design provides utility free choice of PLC/RF/GPRS/3G and 4G LTE cellular data networks according to local infrastructure conditions, which greatly reduces their operational cost. Upgrade and maintenance will also become economic by replacing the modules only instead of the entire meter.
